CJC-1295 without DAC and Tesamorelin are synthetic analogs of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH). Both act on the pituitary gland to stimulate the body’s natural release of growth hormone, which may subsequently increase insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). Tesamorelin is an approved prescription medication for a specific medical indication, while CJC-1295 without DAC is an investigational compound that has not been approved as a prescription medication. Research on CJC-1295 has primarily examined its effects on growth-hormone secretion and the GH/IGF-1 pathway. Because these compounds work through similar biological pathways, combining them has not been established as safer or more effective than using tesamorelin alone. Their overlapping effects could produce excessive growth-hormone or IGF-1 activity and increase the likelihood of fluid retention, swelling, joint or muscle discomfort, tingling or numbness, injection-site reactions, elevated blood-glucose levels, and other adverse effects. This combination should not be promoted for general weight loss, muscle building, anti-aging, or cosmetic fat reduction. Tesamorelin requires medical screening and monitoring, including consideration of glucose control and IGF-1 levels. CJC-1295 without DAC remains an unapproved research compound. Use only under the direction of a qualified healthcare professional. Not recommended during pregnancy or for individuals with certain cancers, pituitary disorders, uncontrolled metabolic conditions, or other relevant medical contraindications.
