3. Make Payment
Complete your payment using Interac e-Transfer. After checkout, you'll receive an order reference number and the e-transfer email address. Send your transfer with the order number in the memo — this is how we match your payment to your order.
Payment instructions are shown at checkout and included in your order confirmation. Orders remain in pending status until the e-transfer is reviewed and confirmed by our team.
How to Send an Interac e-Transfer
1. Sign in to your online banking through your bank's website or mobile banking app.
2. Navigate to the Interac e-Transfer section and choose the Send Money option.
3. Select the account from which you'd like to transfer funds.
4. Add a new contact using the email address provided after checkout.
5. In the personalized message field, include your order reference number — this is essential for matching your payment to your order.
6. Enter the total order amount. When prompted, set the security question to: 'What is the capital of Canada?' — and provide the answer: 'Ottawa'.
7. Confirm and send. Once we receive notification of your Interac e-Transfer, we will process your order.
Orders placed after 5 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
4. Track Order
Track your order online at any time through your Nu-Forme Labs account. Once your payment is confirmed, a tracking number will be provided by email after your order is processed and shipped.
You can monitor your order status from pending payment through to delivery. Orders move through confirmation, fulfillment, and shipping — with email updates at each stage.
